At Boucher, we’re continuing our commitment to keeping our guests and employees safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. We’ve instituted multiple policies to do our part to stop the spread of the virus and respect the wellness of each and every person who steps into our facilities.
Effective Wednesday, July 22nd, until further notice, our dealerships will require all employees to wear a mask 100% of the time while in the building, 100% of the time while in customer’s vehicles, and 100% of the time while working with customers.
Customers will have the opportunity to choose what situation applies best for them: mask or no mask.
Our employee mask mandate is simply the next step in a list of the extensive cleaning and sanitization policies and procedures we have initiated since the beginning of the Coronavirus.
Below are some of the many steps Boucher has initiated to help protect our Wisconsin communities from further spreading the Covid-19 virus:
Both face masks and gloves are available to all guests upon entering.
Any employee exhibiting symptoms must test negative for Covid-19 and get cleared by a doctor before returning to work.
Employees are expected to exercise handwashing and use sanitizer frequently throughout the day.
Commonly touched surfaces are wiped down and sanitized multiple times a day, per CDC recommendations.
Each store frequently receives sanitization fogging through a professional third-party team (Earth Environmental).
Vehicle sanitization is performed before and after each test drive and service appointment.
Practicing social distancing throughout all of our departments.
Floor signage is in place to ensure proper social distancing between customers and employees.
Our Boucher Sales departments will continue to offer at-home test drives to any guest, upon request.
Our Boucher Service departments will continue to offer limited pick-up & delivery service for vehicle maintenance and repair, upon request.
