Thats where the good ends. We waited for at least 2 hours for them to get the paper work ready for us. As we were sitting and waiting, we saw our salesman walk past several times with out even looking at us. Seems like once they new we were going to buy the Denali, they no longer cared we were there. It is a used truck and I know there is risk involved in buying used, but they refused to fix the ABS issue they knew about. Now it's 3 weeks later and I just had to get the vehicle towed home ( I think it's the fuel pump). I will NEVER go back there.

The customer usually sits in an uncomfortable chair as a salesman spends hours running between the customer and some elusive sales manager in a back room. I decided to use an internet buying service through my automobile insurance company. The internet buying service directed me to Frank Boucher Chevrolet, Cadillac & Saab of Racine. I compared the internet price from Boucher with the GM employee price that I can also obtain and the internet price was lower. I worked with Chris Schouten, the internet sales manager and the office manager for the financing and closing. It was a delightful experience. The office manager was able to find a finance rate 0.6 APR below the best rate my bank could obtain. The customer service was by far the best feature of the Boucher dealership.

Now that I have had the honor of dealing with their service department, I have to say when it comes to service after a sale, they will scuffle with you when it comes to anything to do for under warranty for you. If you are paying cold, hard, cash, I have a feeling they will do whatever you want without rushing the job. It's too bad their service department isn't nearly as easy to deal with as the sales associates. Also, their some of their employees get to pick a used car they would like to take to lunch or drive around with, and they beat the crap out of these cars. If you didn't buy a car from their dealership, their service department will really give you the runaround for warranty claims, unless you want to pay cash, of course. Very, very, very, closely inspect their used cars before you make an offer. I mean everything.

I enjoyed my experience with Matt Schultz and the purchase of my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS. I have owned numerous vehicles and have never been treated with nearly the respect or courtesy that was shown to me at Gordie Boucher. The employees are really top notch and know their business. The best auto buying experience I' ve ever had! Met my salesman, Bill McQueen, on the phone the night before I went to Janesville to purchase my car. I knew he'd be great and easy to deal with. When we hit a snag in price negotiations, Bill suggested a look around the lot. I found a brand new VW (2012) Jetta TDI which gave me just what I wanted for $500 less, and that's the car I bought. Bill worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and I tend to think I'll buy again from him. I'll happily recommend Bill to others who want a good deal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Just made one visit, but it was a good one. I had just come from a nearby place where I suspected spark plug and exhaust problems, and they told me I needed a master computer chip, a costly repair. Boucher Ford ran it through diagnostics and said the computer was fine, but the spark plugs were bad and the exhaust manifold wasn't fully connected. Their work cost less than I expected, and I was very satisfied with their service.

As an Internet-oriented shopper, I did my homework on what car we wanted to buy and made the decision before we ever set foot in a showroom. On a Sunday afternoon I sent out a few requests for information on specific vehicles listed in the inventories of four local dealerships. I didn't really expect to hear anything until the next business day. Two sent back "we've received your request" auto-responses, but within a couple of hours I received a response from a real person, Suzanne Elliott, at Boucher Kia in Racine. Over the next couple of days she was extremely responsive, answering questions I posed in several emails. Thursday of that same week we drove off their lot with our newly purchased Kia Optima, feeling good about a fair-and-square deal. The whole staff was friendly, both on the phone and in person. This is our first experience with Boucher, but it was a good one.

We just finished a month long search for a new car. After countless wasted hours of our time by other dealers with everything from the very old bait & switch to the "guaranteed internet price" that was on a vehicle they did not actually have....it was a very pleasant surprise to find Keri Sparks and the rest of the friendly team at Boucher Kia. This was a great experience and I would definitely buy a car from them again. My father was helping me look at cars and he was "talking" (I think it was one of those online chats) with a salesperson--Scott--at 9:30 on a Sunday night. We went to the dealership on Monday morning and Scott was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. He was very honest about the used car I was interested in. He was trying to sell it (obviously), but was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we looked the car over. As I was buying the car, Scott was talking to my father instead of just leaving us when he made the sale. This was a fantastic experience and I can't say enough good things about them.

I met with many different car dealers before I realized that no matter where I go, I was not going to get a better deal than with Boucher. I worked with Patrick Wickert and he was extremely helpful. He was really trying to do what was best for me. I ended up with the first vehicle I looked at after looking around for a few days. I'm laughing a little at two of the reviews below, because I've been to VW Boucher on NUMEROUS occassions and dealt with a number of sales reps. They have all been extremely helpful. I've actually purchased to new vehicles from their dealership and have had ZERO issues. I'm quite certain if you were to tell management someone said they wouldn't let you test drive, there would be hell to pay. Good experience! Look forward to buying my next car there.

The Greenfield Nissan dealership had a lease service which was really easy and quick. I had my old 2009 Nissan Versa which I still make monthly payment. I've heard about lease and the benefits that came with the lease. They paid off my old car to make room for the new lease, and that what made me felt real great about driving the new 2011 Nissan Maxima. Great experience. Boucher Hyundai has to be my favorite dealership I've ever experienced. I never thought my first brand new car would be a Korean car, but low and behold, after all the research, after all the questions, and after all the reviews, blogs and articles, after the dust settled, it HAD to be a Hyundai. It's just the be bang for your buck. I went home with exactly what I wanted, when I wanted, and they worked hard to get me into the only car I could ever see myself driving today. Boucher Hyundai made car shopping enjoyable. They were straight-forward, no-pressure, honest, knowledgable, and gave me a great deal. I had visited many other dealerships that played all the classic irritating car salesman games, (such as saying they would get me in the price range I wanted and come back $100/month too high, and then try to pressure me into going over budget to make the sale, etc.) Boucher will NOT do that to you. They are honest and you will not be pressured into going over your budget or taking a car you don't love. I highly recommend buying from them.

I recently purchased a 05 honda accord and I am very satisfied with the purchase. My sales associate Mike R. was very nice in trying to get me the best deal. He took extra time to try and fit my criteria and not be too pushy. I visited other dealerships and felt like they couldn't see me just my wallet. Mike also spent a lot of time with us making sure the final touches on the car were looked at and taken care of. My only compliant would be the excessive wait in the business sector. Overall it was a very enjoyable process and I would come back to them to buy a car again!

Just bought a new 2011 Veracruz at the dealership. The dealership was clean and nice. They also actively take part in the community by donating a significant amount of money to help fight childhood cancer. Pam was our sales person and was nice. The only less than positive experience was also the finance guy with me, can't remember the name off hand. Was very pushy also for getting extra this, that and the other. No problem if they offer but after saying no 3 times, would like the answer respected, not just come back to it again after each piece of paperwork. The stress on the perfect scores for the surveys was also a little over the top but I assume that is just due to the pressure the top management puts on the team. They had a very good selection of cars and very good internet prices which were honored without haggling

Just recently purchased a 2012 Sonata and am very pleased with the purchase. My salesman, Luke Whiting seemed sincere, straightforward and honest (which are extremely difficult qualities to find in a salesman). I was please with every aspect of the purchase except my encounter with the finance department. The first finance guy (Rob) was very pushy and unprofessional. He seemed disgruntled about the fact I was going to pay cash for the car, and additionally INSISTED on telling my about all the great features of their extended service plans (even though I expressed zero interest). The following week, I came to complete the purchase of my car and luckily had the opportunity to work with a different finance individual. He was kind and courteous and did not push the extended plan at all. All in all, I would purchase a car from this dealership again which should be largely accredited to my positive experience with my salesman Luke Whiting.

Boucher Hyundai was the only dealer near Chicago that had the 2012 Genesis in the color I wanted. Rather than have a Chicagoland dealer drive up to get the car, we drove up and took care of business ourselves. Even though it was an all day affair, the car was exactly what I wanted and the Sales Rep, Dennis was very helpful. He had only been on the job for a few weeks, but made every effort to make sure we left with all our questions answered and the best price we could get. I would recommend Boucher Hyundai.

They had the exact car I wanted, so I contacted them through email and then over the phone to work out a deal for the car during the week and drove down to buy the car that weekend. Overall the process was pretty painless, which is not what I was expecting. Since I drove hundreds of miles to get there, I really tried to have everything worked out before going, and they were true to their word on everything that we had agreed on over the phone and did not hit me with any last minute surprises.

We were a relatively young couple looking to buy a new car or SUV- like vehicle. We had researched online and went to several dealerships to look at cars and SUVs. All other dealerships appeared to be extremely expensive and tried “aggressively” to swindle us into buying vehicles that were over-priced and that didn't include really any features. We were just about to give up, when we decided to pull into Gordie Boucher Mitsubishi. We were greeted soon enough. Our salesman, Don Brook, took really good care of us. He seemed genuinely helpful with what we wanted and didn't try hard to force a vehicle on us. He was really friendly and tried to get us a good deal! --- Which he did! We bought an 2011 Outlander Sport! They had us at heated seats, 4WD and 2WD, and Bluetooth, etc! While we didn't enjoy the finance part of things, we did like the customer service and the “down-to-earth” feel of the dealership. The vehicle was well worth it--so far! Thanks!

Just bought a Lincoln MKT from James Walton at Gordie Boucher. I must admit Walton is good guy and was very helpful. I wanted a certain color that he was able to locate and get transferred here in 1 day. I never felt the usual pressure to accept something different than what I was seeking. The car is pretty expensive, but if it's what you want, I would certainly recommend both James and the dealership neither of which I had had any experience prior to this transaction.

He did seem to be a bit condesending at first in his dealing with me (as an older female) but that did change after awhile. Leased a 2011 MKZ, Adam and Pat provided the best price on the exact vehicle desired out of three dealerships contacted, considering it was the end of the model year. I received the initial internet quote and during subsequent conversations additional incentives avaliable were included. They e-mailed me a copy of the pre lease agreement for my attorney to review. There were no changes or adjustments required. This is my 25 th vehicle and 6th leased vehicle. Sarah in the the finance department professionally explained all contracts and documents to be signed. The delivery procedure went well with all information about the vehicle being explained. The first appointment was scheduled for the 7500 miles maintenance which is inlcuded by Lincoln. After traveling 45 miles to their dealership on a 93 degree day, we were very happy with all aspects of the transaction handled in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this both Adam and this dealership.

This was my first Kia (I am a long term Honda owner), but I am sure not my last. My entire experience with Boucher was positive. They worked me with how I wanted (mostly via email) and when I wanted. In fact, my salesperson even came in on her day off to do a test drive with me. There were no high pressure tactics used and I was provided with a very reasonable offer on my trade-in. FUN To Drive Had my sights on the new Chevy Camaros since they came out. Chris Schouten has been very patient, answering my questions, giving me all the specs on the car without being pushy. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn't try to push off something else that was in stock, on me. Chris went over and above getting back to us even after showroom hours. Frank Broucher in Racine also went over and above in their customer service in the delivery of our new car being very thorough; showing all the bells and whistles, not to mention receiving the extra perks. We worked with Tony Mayen who was excellent! He was knowledgeable and there was absolutely no hard sell. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The financing dept was a different story. Although James was very polite and explained everything thoroughly, the hard sell to get us to purchase the extended warranty left a very bad taste in our mouths. We literally had to tell him we were NOT INTERESTED repeatedly. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I know he was just doing his job but it really ruined the fun experience of purchasing a new car.

They detailed my new car before they delivered it to me and kept it in the heated service drive which was great considering the cold winter weather.
